We are looking for an experienced PPC Team Lead who can manage and scale performance-driven advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and hands-on expertise in the following:
Core Expertise Required
- Google Ads: Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Remarketing
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): Conversion, Lead Generation, Retargeting, Catalog Ads
- LinkedIn Ads: Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content, Audience Targeting for B2B
- Amazon Ads: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, ACoS optimization
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and guide the PPC team across all ad platforms
- Develop full-funnel paid advertising strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage budgets, pacing, campaign structure, and ongoing optimizations
- Analyze performance data and prepare insightful reports
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis
- Ensure accurate tracking setup (GA4, GTM, pixels, events, conversions)
- Collaborate with the design and content teams for creatives and ad copies
- Stay updated with platform changes, best practices, and industry trends
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in PPC advertising
- Proven track record of managing high-budget and performance-driven campaigns
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking and analytics
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
