DB10 is an innovative SaaS platform designed to bridge the gap in the football job market. It empowers players, coaches, agents, and clubs by proposing a centralized, easy-to-use platform for finding and managing football career opportunities. Built for a global audience, DB10 transforms how football professionals connect, collaborate, and grow their careers.

The primary goal of DB10 was to create a platform that seamlessly connects players, coaches, agents, and clubs within the football industry, simplifying the process of finding and offering job opportunities. By implementing a subscription-based system, the platform aimed to help users post jobs or apply with ease and security. The platform also sought to provide an intuitive interface that would allow coaches, agents, and clubs to efficiently monitor and manage applicants. Additionally, a powerful admin panel was required to oversee all users, job postings, subscriptions, and website content to ensure smooth operation and control. The overarching vision was to establish DB10 as the leading global football career platform, empowering football professionals worldwide by streamlining recruitment and career development.

The platform had to support various user types like job seekers, football clubs, advertisers, and admins with different levels of access and capabilities. To maintain platform integrity and streamline user interaction, DIGITECH India had to design a system that supports multiple user roles (e.g., players, coaches, fans, admins). Each role required specific access levels and permissions to ensure that users only interact with features relevant to them. 

Subscription-Driven Business Model

The platform needed a secure and flexible subscription model to generate recurring revenue. This included integrating payment gateways, managing user subscriptions, and handling renewals and cancellations securely while providing a smooth experience for users.

Data Security and Global Scalability

Since the platform aimed to serve a global audience, data protection and system scalability were critical. Measures had to be implemented to safeguard user data, ensure compliance with international data regulations, and support high traffic volumes without compromising speed or performance.

Simple, Football-Themed UI/UX Design

The platform's design had to be visually engaging yet easy to navigate, with a strong football theme to appeal to both casual users and hardcore fans. A detailed feature map was created for each user role, including players, coaches, agents, and clubs, ensuring role-specific functionality from the ground up. The technical architecture was designed to support scalability, security, and seamless integration of components like the subscription system and admin panel.

Design & Prototyping

We created wireframes and user flows tailored to each role. The visual language was inspired by football to match the platform's identity, while a mobile-first approach ensured accessibility across all devices. React's component-based structure and Tailwind's utility-first styling enabled quick iterations from design to code.

Development process

We developed robust role-based access controls and streamlined job posting workflows, integrating a secure subscription and payment system powered by Node.js and Express on the backend. MongoDB Atlas was utilized for flexible, cloud-based data management, while the frontend employed React.js and Tailwind CSS to deliver a dynamic and responsive user experience. The platform was deployed using Vercel for the frontend and a dedicated Node.js server for the backend, with seamless version control maintained through GitHub.

Testing & Launch

We conducted end-to-end role testing, performance checks, and security audits. The staging environment enabled client reviews before production deployment. Our mobile-first, responsive design was thoroughly validated across devices to ensure a smooth user experience.
